What you need to know about GDPR if you are a Signal Iduna insured member

GDPR is the abbreviation of the General Data Protection Regulation and represents EU Regulation no. 679/2016 on data protection. The GDPR will be applicable starting with May 25th, 2018 throughout the European Union and contains a set of rules that will give citizens more control over their data.

We, Signal Iduna, want to ensure the confidentiality and security of data through appropriate organizational and technical measures, according to the legislation in force.

It is very important for us to have you informed and knowing all the details regarding the protection of your data. Here you find the information regarding the processing of personal data and the rights associated with this operation, according to the legislation in force.

It is important that until 25th of May, 2018 you agree to data processing so that you can continue to use your health insurance services. You can register your agreement in this page, by filling in the required form for authentication, then click to select an option and click on the "Send request" button to register the options.

If you do not have an Signal Care Assistant account, you can download the application for Android or iOS, and when you register your account, you can agree to data processing.
